So Gay, So What - GEELONG

Submitted by Admin on Tue, 13/04/2010 - 4:12pm

Led by Gay and Lesbian Health Victoria and Rainbow Network Victoria, this session will explore some of the key health issues for same sex attracted and transgender young people, and the impacts of homophobia.

Participants will be introduced to key research in this area, and will take the first steps in developing strategies for improving their own practise and service delivery. We will explore the ways in which we understand difference, and look at how we can all work together to tackle discrimination.

The training will be held in GEELONG TOWN HALL.

When:
Tue, 25/05/2010 - 9:30am - 12:30pm
