Sexual Diversity in Victoria's Aboriginal Community

Could your organisation or group use up to $4000 to deliver community awareness programs?

Community Grants are coming soon- so start thinking about how you could use the money!

Mind the Gap/ SHADE (Sexual Health and Diversity Enterprise) community grants are designed to support innovative and creative projects encouraging young people to think about the choices they make about their sexual health and to celebrate sexual diversity in rural and regional areas!

Grants are only open to organisations that target young gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer people aged 25 and under in rural and regional Victoria only, with a focus on the Barwon South West, Grampians, Mallee and Central Goldfields.

Projects targeting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people will be prioritised.

Mind the Gap is a joint partnership with Family Planning Victoria and the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO)
