Tackling Homophobia in Schools

Bronwyn Pike, Minister of Education in Victoria, has given a message of commitment to tackling homophobia in schools and pledged $80,000 to help make it happen.

The grant to GLHV and Rainbow Network Victoria was announced on Joy 94.9FM on Saturday 15th May. The money will be used to provide core training for school staff and to set up a Safe Schools Coalition for Victoria - more news to follow soon!
